판매자가 물품을 잘못 보내거나 상품 구성품이 누락되어 있는 경우에도 판매자에게 취소 또는 반품을 요청하고 대응해야 하므로 처리에 시간이 소요될 수 있습니다.
※ 상품 인수 후 판매자(출품자) 과실에 따른 환불 반품 (오배송) - 고객님께서 상품을 수령한 경우
상품페이지 설명과 다른 상품이 도착하였거나 구성품이 누락되어 있는 경우 판매자에게 취소를 요청하고 대응을 요구하게 됩니다. 물류센터에 도착된 상품은 기본적인 검수를 거쳐 고객님께 발송해 드리고 있으나, 조립제품의 내부부속과 같은 세밀한 검수까지 제공해드리기 어려울 수 있습니다.
※ 상품 인수 후 수취인 단순변심에 따른 환불 반품 - 고객님께서 상품을 수령한 경우
판매자 정책에 따라 환불 및 반품이 제한될 수 있으며, 반품을 수락하는 경우 발생되는 교환·반품·환불 비용은 고객님께서 부담하셔야 합니다. 판매자가 교환 또는 반품을 수락하지 않는 경우에는 처리가 불가능합니다.
