경매 입찰 취소

입찰 취소와 같은 판매자에게의 요청사항은 저희 유에스엔조이 관리자가 직접 연락을 취하는 방식으로 처리해 드리고 있습니다.

한국과 미국은 반나절 정도의 시차가 발생하기 때문에 적어도 경매 종료 하루 전까지는 입찰 취소를 요청해 주셔야 판매자와의 연락이 원활하게 진행될 수 있습니다.

판매자가 거부하는 경우 입찰 취소는 불가능합니다.

경매 낙찰 취소

경매 낙찰 취소는 판매자(출품자)가 취소 불가로 표기해놓은 건의 경우 취소가 어려우며 경매 낙찰건의 취소 시 다음과 같은 페널티가 발생합니다.

경매 이용권(보증금)이 환수 처리됩니다.
현재 발생비용 및 취소수수료가 청구됩니다.
1개월 간 회원등급이 한 단계 임시강등 조정됩니다.
경매 입찰 기능이 전면 제한될 수 있습니다.
반복적인 취소 발생 시 적립금, 등급포인트, 쿠폰 등이 제한 또는 삭제 처리될 수 있습니다.

낙찰 후 미결제건은 판매자에 의해 임의 취소 처리될 수 있으며 관련 취소 패널티가 발생할 수 있으므로 낙찰 후 결제기한을 반드시 지켜주시기 바랍니다.

구매대행 취소 (이베이 즉시구매, 아마존 등)

구매대행 이용 시 결제 직후 미국 현지의 판매업체 쪽에 주문을 넣기 전까지는 취소가 가능합니다.

다만 회원님께서 상품 대금 결제를 완료하시면 미국 구매 업체에 주문된 상태이거나 주문상품이 당사 미국 물류센터에 입수된 경우 또는 국제발송이 된 경우에는 취소가 불가능할 수 있습니다.
