Hot Hoops D3 Tyre warmers are a simple and more affordable option to our digital range. The D3 warmers have a switch that controls a thermostat with 3 preset temperature settings 60°C, 80°C and 95°C. They are a perfect choice for track day junkies and racers on a budget. They will work perfectly on all street and race tyres.

Please note:
D3 warmers have a 3-position switch marked:
I or M - 80°C - recommended for dry track, road tyres and slicks.
0 or L - 60°C - recommended for wet track, road and wet racing tyres.
II or H - 95°C - recommended only for some speciality racing slicks.

Some of the pics above show the switch on our older model D2 tyre warmer (only two positions), all D3 warmers sold now have a 3-position switch with 3 temp settings.
Hot Hoops D3 Tyre Warmers come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing faults.

The life of your Tyre warmers can be greatly increased by taking note of a few simple rules...
- Do not leave power on when not fitted! Thermostats do not function correctly whilst warmers are not fitted to the tyre. Leaving tyre warmers on whilst not on the tyre will damage them irreparably. Hot Hoops Tyre Warmers are not covered against damage caused by poor fitting or leaving the power on whilst not fitted to the tyre.
- Make sure you fit them correctly! Poor fitting can especially occur when using tyre warmers on a bike with a small, low-profile, rear street tyre such as 180/55/17. In this situation be careful not to overlap the warmer too much as overlapped areas can overheat. Make sure that the warmer is fitted evenly and contacting snuggly around the whole tyre. Areas that are not contacting the tyre properly can be prone to overheating and burning the Kevlar lining.
- Tyre warmers are SIZE SPECIFIC. Do not fit tyre warmers to the incorrect size tyre. Tyre warmers are made in specific sizes to make sure that the heating element is the correct width for the tyre they are being fitted to. If the heating element is too wide and not contacting the tyre it cannot dissipate heat correctly and will significantly shorten the life of the tyre warmer as well as void your warranty.

SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO PANDEMIC: Please note that Aust Post are suffering from long delays due to Lock Downs and Limited Workforce. We will not be held responsible for postage delays caused by Pandemic restrictions. Ebay delivery estimation times are 100% incorrect and do not take into account delays caused by the pandemic. If you want your items delivered quickly please order with EXPRESS POST. If you order with regular shipping service or surface mail you will NEED TO BE PATIENT as delivery times may be 1 to 4 weeks.
All items are normally shipped within 24 hours or first business day of purchase.
Please note: where possible we ship using Australia Post. A signature is not normally required with Australia Post shipments, however some large and/or bulky items may require a signature. If you are not going to be home and want your item left without signature, please leave instructions with us "Authority to leave" and a suggested safe location to leave the item that is easily accessible by the postal delivery worker. If you choose this option we will not be responsible for items that go missing.
Please note: some smaller low value items such as Dzus Fasteners, Swingarm Spools and gloves we ship via regular Surface Mail that does not have tracking. We do this to save our customers money on higher postal fees for tracked services. If you require tracking on your order then please feel free to pay the extra shipping cost for an express service with tracking. Otherwise please remain patient and allow enough time for your order to arrive via regular surface mail shipping.
Please note: some orders in "non metro" locations that are shipped via Aust Post Regular Shipping can take up to 10 working days to be delivered regardless of what Ebay or Australia Post say on their shipping estimations. Whilst we always ship our orders in a timely manner, delays due to Aust Post slow shipping can happen. If you are in a non metro area we advise that you select an express shipping option if you require the item to be delivered quickly.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If you are shipping an item from us in Australia to an international location please keep in mind that there may be import taxes and duty charges that you may be required to pay when the item arrives in your country before the item is released to you from your local customs. You need to make sure you are aware of any import taxes and/or duties applicable to your order before you purchase.
We are not responsible for any import taxes or duty fees you may be charged by your local government, or delays in delivery times caused by your local customs holding shipments until duties are paid.
Some things to note:
- If you order after 2pm, then your order will be shipped the following business day.
- Items that are in stock are subject to same day dispatch if ordered before 2pm.
- Weekends and public holidays don't count! Any order placed on a weekend or public holiday cannot be shipped until the following business day.
- We are human, if we make a mistake we will go out of our way to fix it for you as quickly as possible.
If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE FEEDBACK - CONTACT US FIRST AND GIVE US A CHANCE TO RESOLVE IT, we will sort it out for you.
Any item that is ordered incorrectly by the buyer can be returned for exchange or refund at the buyer's request and expense, as long as it is returned in the condition that it was received, in the original packaging, unopened/undamaged, with tags. If the item was incorrectly ordered, we will refund you the original amount minus our shipping costs to you and a $5.00 restocking fee.
Items that are faulty, damaged or miss-picked by us (wrong size, colour, etc) will be replaced at our expense.
All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unless faulty). Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or may not be accepted (unless faulty). Please see the list below for things to avoid ensuring your return is accepted
Please use due diligence in checking hard parts for correct fitment before removing from the packaging. Items, such as chains will not be accepted once they have been removed from their clear plastic packages. You should usually be able to compare the new item with old/broken item while it is still in the manufacturers packaging. We do understand that this is unavoidable in some circumstances.
Please ensure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty).
