No timings on release, all CD/DVD retrieved from computer, vinyl timings retrieved using a stop watch.
DVD credits all retrieved from the media itself. PAL format is known when inserting the DVD into a computer.
CD3-7 & CD3-8 are credited together on booklet and form one track called "Mongrel Meets His Maker".
CD3-9 is called "Right Thing / GDMFSOB (Clean Instrumental Version)", but credits are given for Part 1 & Part 2.
